I authorize Janal Koenig permission to use my or my family’s likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including, but not limited to all Janal Koenig’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my or my families likeness will become property of Janal Koenig and will not be returned. I acknowledge that since my participation with Janal Koenig is voluntary, I will not receive any financial compensation.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Janal Koenig, to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photo for purposes of publicizing, Janal Koenig programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electric copy, where in my or my families likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
I hear by hold, harmless and release and forever discharge Janal Koenig from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my or my families behalf, or on the behalf of my estate Have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I am at least 18 years of age and I’m competent to contract in my own name in any minor listed below. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
